Brownies
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Combine melted butter with sugar, eggs, cocoa and vanilla, mix well until smooth.
  3. Sift together dry ingredients: baking powder, salt, GF all purpose flour blend
  4. fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well combined.
  5. Spread into greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Balsamic FIgs
  1. Quarter figs into a small baking pan.
  2. Combine sugar and balsamic vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over figs and gently stir to ensure all figs are coated.
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Sundae Assembly
  1. To create this rich and decadent brownie sundae; cut brownies into equal sized slices (about 12 large)
  2. Place 1 brownie in bottom of bowl top with a healthy scoop of vanilla ice cream. Place about 4 fig quarters on top then drizzle with the balsamic fig juices.
