This is kind of like the love-child of a Key Lime Pie and a Lemon Curd, only MUCH easier to prepare! I love sweet and sour desserts so it will come as no surprise that this easy dessert recipe is one of my favorites! I remember the first time I got to try key lime pie as a child…ON MAN!! I couldn’t get enough, and its a good thing we moved away from Florida or I would probably be the biggest guy on the whole dmn planet! That was the inspiration for these cups. I wanted to create something sweet, sour and super easy! And it worked out. After I decided to drop the crust, the rest was a no-brainer. With only 3 simple ingredients and one bowl, you’d have to be a real moron to screw it up…which you are not..I assume 🙂 Check out the video, OR scroll down for the recipe!
